… and one of them was:
“People who don’t think probably don’t have brains; rather, they have grey fluff that’s blown into their heads by mistake”
Now this certainly isn’t the case when it comes to the smart cookies over at Huggies! The always friendly, fabulous and fellow-mom, Sam Robinson, over at Sabio Communications, sent me a little package a couple of days ago. In this parcel, was the cutest little Huggies Wipes Tub (along with 4 packs of the various types of wipes) I have ever seen! The tubs sold with the wipes of competing brands are nowhere near as cute as this … am I right?
While it’s cute (also available in white), it’s also very practical for me, for one specific reason: while competitors’ tubs have a gaping hole at the top where the wipes get pulled out of (delicious English right there), the Huggies Wipes Tub actually “seals” around each wipe as you pull it out. I don’t know about you, but I often forget to close the top of the tub that I had previously, especially in those “OMG THAT’S A LOT OF POO!” situations! You leave the top open, go back the next morning, or even a couple of hours later, and the top couple of wipes in the tub are all dried out and more or less useless. You may as well be using regular TP to clean up the disaster areas. Not ideal.
With the Huggies Wipes Tub, however, the siliconey seal that clasps each wipe as you pull one out for use, tightly closes the top of the tub, which means that each wipe (except, obviously the piece of the one that sticks out the top) stays fresh and soaked in the perfume-and-alcohol-free formula. BRILLIANT! So now, when I rush off to the loo to chuck out one of THOSE nappies, forgetting to close the top of the tub, I won’t return to 3 or 4 wasted wipes which have dried out overnight.HOORAY!
Good thinking Huggies … moms all over South Africa are going to love you for this!
